  • arqnetwork is a professional networking website. It acts as hub for industry professionals to interact, share knowledge and make new connections.
  • Who is arqnetwork for?
  • arqnetwork is for professionals in the construction industry (also known as built environment).
  • Why should I join? What's in it for me?
  • You should join if you want to:
    • look for advice
    • increase your visibility
    • gain more industry knowledge
    • increase the amount of people you do business with
    • look for new partnerships
    In short, this site is for you if you want to get ahead in your line of work, and ultimately gain more business growth.
  • What are some of the things I can do?
  • You can share valuable content and ideas, offer help and ask for support, connect with others. You can also attend virtual events, watch webinars and stay up to date with your professional development.
  • Is it free?
  • Yes, joining arqnetwork is free (some features are available only to premium subscribers).
  • Do I need to create an account?
  • You don't need an account to browse the site. If you want to participate in topic discussions, building relationships, raising your profile, access content such as videos, pictures and other media then you need to create an account.
  • Can I join if I am not a construction professional?
  • Yes, however this is a platform for construction professionals. You can browse posts and access some media, however you will not be able to post content in most areas.

  • What is my account handle?
  • Your handle is the name you use to identify yourself on arqnetwork. It starts with the symbol "@", it doesn't have any spaces and is unique to you.
  • What is my display name?
  • Your display name is the name that appears next to your handle on your topics and posts. It can be anything you want, as long as it is not offensive or misleading. Your display name is not unique, so two different people can have the same display name.
  • Can I change my handle or display name?
  • Yes. Go to your profile Settings, then go to Identity tab. You can change your handle, display name, or both. We recommend your handle to be different from your login username.
  • Why do you advise to change my handle to something other than the login username?
  • For security reasons, we recommend that your handle be different from your login username. This adds an extra layer of protection to your credentials.
  • I keep getting "Login unsuccessful. Please try again"?
  • Please try to reset your password. If you still can't log in send us a message.
  • The content I posted has the wrong time?
  • Most likely this is because you need to set a timezone for your location. Please go to your profile and, under Settings, click on "Timezone". Select Location (e.g. "United Kingdom") and Timezone (e.g. "London") and save changes.
  • How do I contact you if I have a problem or a question?
