With economic stability returning, and the Construction Industry poised for growth in 2025, what should practices look out for in the coming year? How will the UK economy perform, and can we expect lower interest rates to return? Which work sectors are set for recovery? Will the private housing market bounce back, and will planning bottlenecks finally ease?

The RIBA Economics Panel has been monitoring the architects’ market for over a decade, bringing together experts to share their experience and understanding, helping members to navigate the sector’s ups and downs.

The panel of experts will delve into these crucial economic questions as practices plan for 2025.

The Panel will be Chaired by Helen Castle, Director of Publishing & Learning Content, RIBA.

The event will feature presentations from:
