To celebrate International Women's Day, the Royal Institute of British Architects invited a panel of five leading international female architects, to share their journey and experience of working in architecture. They answered how they made their mark in the industry, the successes and challenges of progressing through their career and how they encourage other aspiring female architects to succeed in the world of architecture.
