In the heat of the moment, many of us don’t respond to criticism in the way that we would like. While a defensive reaction might be a natural response, it does mean that we run the risk of missing out on some important insight to help us grow and develop.

• Receiving feedback with grace – looking at tips to help you explore the feedback and its value
• Handling criticism appropriately and empowering yourself to choose how to respond
• Recognising what to take from given criticism and how to let go of it when it isn’t helpful
