Enforcing rights
This webinar is the second in a series. 'Enforcing rights' will address enforcing rights under construction contracts such as through termination, suspension, payment processes, termination and adjudication. In relation to the adjudication process, the webinar will address several recent cases which demonstrate both the potential benefits of enforcing rights through adjudication as well as the possible grounds to watch for whereby adjudicators’ decisions may be challenged.

Limiting liability
This webinar focuses on limiting liability. We consider the different forms that limits on liability can take and the constraints on the use of such clauses. In particular, we address the circumstances in which limits on liability might contravene the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, with particular reference to the recent Court of Appeal case of Goodlife Foods Ltd v Hall Fire Protection Ltd.
