Prescription

 

This webinar focuses on prescription and time-bar in construction law, reviewing two recent cases: Gordon's Trustees v Campbell Riddell Breeze Paterson LLP; and Midlothian Council v Bracewell Stirling Architects & Others, and their impact on the construction industry. It will also examine whether the Prescription (Scotland) Act 2018 is set to adequately clarify the law on prescription in Scotland.
