Brought to you on behalf of ICE North Wales GSAT, this workshop is for new engineers and technicians, working towards their qualified ICE membership will explore the knowledge level for the Understanding and Practical Application of Engineering attribute.     

The workshop will provide ideas and guidance for areas to explore for you to demonstrate the knowledge level for this attribute. There will be an overview of the attribute, opportunity for discussion as well as questions and answers.

By attending this workshop, you will gain a greater understanding of how you can demonstrate your technical knowledge to your SCE, DE or mentor. You will be able to debate the attribute with your peers to increase your understanding of what it means in different roles or environments. The session will increase your understanding of the attribute and methods for demonstrating the knowledge level for your IPD.

The format will be:

• Introduction
• IPD levels of achievement (K, E, Ai and Ac)
• The link to the ICE Code of Conduct
• Background information and learning/research hints
