Earlier this year, the RIBA East Midlands Housing Group held their second search for the region’s best ‘Exemplar Housing’ with a specific focus on innovation in sustainable design. The designs were selected against durability, functionality, and aesthetic quality for the building, its interior and place.
This culminated in two projects being selected:
The Curve – a multi occupancy residential development in Nottingham by Rayner Davies Architects
Glebe Farm – two new homes in a village setting in Lincolnshire including a conversion of an agricultural barn by Old School Architects.
Both projects were presented as part of this online event by the respective architects.
