An Associate in Arup’s VIC/SA Buildings Group, Chris has a background in Architecture, Façade Engineering and Building Envelope Consulting.

His skills include project and design management for challenging and culturally significant projects of varying scales. This comes from his experience in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and the Middle East, working on projects that span the commercial, arts and culture, R&D, education, residential and transport sectors.

Chris brings a collaborative and adaptive approach to all his projects. He is passionate about providing clients, architects and design teams a design focused and client centric service, ensuring the design process and outcomes are appropriate for each project. Tapping into Arup’s multidisciplinary offering, he ensures that solutions are holistic and always best for the project.

 

Elissa Stirling

Regional Manager - Victoria, Melbourne | Inhabit

With a formal background in architecture and construction management, Elissa leads façade design and delivery across a variety of high profile projects for the Melbourne office. She approaches project teams collaboratively, using her project management experience and astute commercial acumen in the areas of project design, coordination, contracting and client management.

Elissa has an extensive understanding of how façade systems are influenced by structural, mechanical, energy, thermal, daylighting, acoustic, fire and budget considerations and how they affect the façade design outcome. Her in-depth knowledge of both the local façade market, as well as the capabilities of international players offers insight into the intricacies of façade procurement and delivery. She uses this knowledge to convey understanding to project teams throughout the design process.
