Using precedents and projects, architect Eric Parry RA, founder of Eric Parry Architects Eric Parry Architects will argue in his talk for the need for proactive planning policies in order to set more ambitious agendas for the creative ordering and reordering of cities. It is his firm belief that thinking about the narrative of governance, the performative, law and order as well as the market driven demand for commercial and dwelling uses is an essential component of design for cities.
