What does great architecture look like in 2022 and who are the people that make it possible?
The architects shortlisted for the 2022 RIBA Stirling Prize reveal the stories behind their buildings, what inspires them, and what it would mean to win the UK’s most prestigious architecture prize.
This is a recording of a live event held on 21 September 2022.
The six shortlisted projects are:
1. 100 Liverpool Street, Hopkins Architects - London
2. Forth Valley College – Falkirk Campus, Reiach and Hall Architects - Falkirk
3. Hackney New Primary School and 333 Kingsland Road, Henley Halebrown - London
4. Orchard Gardens, Elephant Park, Panter Hudspith Architects - London
5. Sands End Arts and Community Centre, Mæ Architects - London
6. The New Library, Magdalene College, Niall McLaughlin Architects - Cambridge
The winner of the RIBA Stirling Prize will be announced on Thursday 13 October 2022.
