Not sure why this isn't bumped up more, I was going to post it myself to make sure others are aware of the upcoming occasion.
I think that taking care of your mental health and overall wellbeing is important and there's an app called "Happify" (although the name suggests that it's designed for unhappy people, it actually works equally well for people with a balanced sense of mental wellbeing) that works great for that, I'd highly recommend it.
If you're looking to de-stress I would recommend mindfulness, which is mentioned pretty heavily in most mental health apps. Many apps can take you through guided sessions which take 5-20 minutes and help relax your mind.
